Aya Ali

Aya started working with Sowt in 2018. She has extensive experience working with organizations across the NGO sector including the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), Oxfam, and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). Prior to joining Sowt, Aya had worked with the Arab Report for Investigative Journalism (ARIJ), where she expanded her experience in the field of media in the MENA region. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and master’s degree in Human Rights and Human Development from the University of Jordan.
